Y&R Spoilers: Will Sally Spectra & Victor Newman Find Common Ground?

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will make Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) an unexpected offer. The two have a tumultuous history as the Moustache never approved of the “hold” the redhead has seemingly had on his two sons, but with all that’s gone down in recent weeks, can these two finally find common ground?

Y&R spoilers state that Victor wants Sally and partner Chloe Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson) to run Newman’s design division. Added teasers note that since the contract the two ladies have with Chancellor-Winters does not have an exclusivity stipulation, the duo could easily do both; however, Victor will want the two ladies to work at Newman, only.

When Sally announced she was pregnant with Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) child but wanted to remain in a relationship with brother Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Victor was outraged. While Sally was still expecting, The Moustache presented the young woman with a proposal; an undisclosed amount of cash for her to leave Genoa City, leave her baby at the Ranch for the Newmans to raise, and her career goals would be answered. Ms. Spectra refused.

Victor will claim that this was a “test”, one that Sally passed with flying colors; however, is there more to this new job opportunity than meets the eye? Does he want Sally under Newman because he now trusts her, or because he wants to keep an eye on her?

Y&R Spoilers – Could The Two Form A Friendship Or At Least An Understanding?

Victor is a lot of things, but he does have a heart. He likely does feel bad that Sally lost her baby girl, and because of her actions while pregnant, she’s probably earned a bit of respect from him. In some small way is this proposal more about giving Spectra something to focus on to help with her grieving process? Could the two find common ground? Possibly even form some sort of friendship?
