The Young And The Restless (Y&R) spoilers, news, and updates tease that fans wonder if Hunter King will return to the soap world again. The actress, who was once a cast member of The Young and the Restless, finally broke her silence about it.

King is currently having fun working with Hallmark. Her impeccable performance has earned her a lot of praise from viewers of the network. When asked about a possible return to soaps, the actress didn’t answer the question directly. She simply said, “Never say never.”

“Who knows what will happen in the future, but definitely never say never,” she shared.

The 29-year-old actress appeared as Summer Newman on The Young and the Restless. Her role helped her improve her acting skills, especially after playing the different shades of her alter ego.

King said she was given the chance to play different characters while portraying Summer. Her alter ego evolved over the years. There were times when she was nice and there were days when she was mean and catty.

“I think that what makes it so fun is it doesn’t get boring,” she admitted.

She’s grateful for the opportunity but she also admitted that there was one storyline that gave her serious pause, which was when she seduced her mom’s boyfriend.

“I felt like everything ran its course,” King said.

“Even if I was like, ‘Hmmm, where’s this going?’ It always made sense eventually to me.” She doesn’t “condone that behavior,” she added.

Although she considers it as “a fun, different dynamic to the storyline,” the actress said that she doesn’t agree with this kind of behavior in real life.

But for now, the actress is happy and thrilled to be part of the Hallmark family. She misses daytime soap but she needs to move on to expand her career.

Recently, the actress shared an Instagram post straight from Disneyland in Main Street, USA. The actress celebrated the birthday of a very close friend.

“A magical birthday for the most magical friend,” she shared.

“Thank you for being you, David Niederhoffer. I’d be lost without ya,” she added.

“I love you more than the snacks any day and every day. Thankful for you always!” she continued.
