Y&R Spoilers Weekly Update: Ashley’s Missing, Victoria’s Demoted

Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is a bit alarmed when Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) returns from the trip he took with her mother — without her mother.

Tucker claims that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) stayed behind for business reasons, but that doesn’t make much sense to Abby because she would have told her daughter. And, whenever Abby calls Ashley, all she gets is her voicemail and she’s not returning her calls.

Tucker is not happy when Abby won’t let up on him and keeps questioning his story. Abby is determined to get to the bottom of what’s been going on but she also knows she needs to tread carefully.

Her mother might be in danger but Tucker is also Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) dad and she doesn’t want to upset Devon unnecessarily.

Y&R Spoilers – Week Ahead

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has been riding high as CEO of Newman Enterprises for a while now and she thought with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) by her side, nothing could stop her. Sadly for Victoria, it’s not meant to be.

The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is tired of his wayward adult children and wants to take back the reins at his company.

To that end, Victor informs Victoria that she will now be co-CEO of Newman and not the full CEO.

While it is still a high position, Victoria feels that her power has essentially been taken away. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) already turned down co-CEO to work with Sharon Collins (Sharon Case), so Victoria wonders if she was second choice. With Vicky out of power, who will Nate decide to suck up to next?

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) set a date to have a wedding reception while Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) finds herself meddling in her children’s lives once again.

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) wants to know where she stands with Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) now that Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) is back in town.

And finally, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) gets a big surprise from Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see how these stories play out.
