The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is teased to have a grand plan for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) in mind. He wants his son to return to Newman Enterprises and then run the division of the company that will represent the remains of McCall Unlimited.

Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) business is said to be in deep debt. Victor and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) are feverishly working to immediately assume his red ink and take control of the business.

Adam announced his resignation at Jabot following a fiery clash between Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Whether he was inclined to return to the family fold might be a moot plot point when the Moustache reveals his plan to Adam.

Victoria gained the Chief Executive Officer’s spot by offering a brash ultimatum in the recent past. She told her father he would either relinquish control to her, or their time together was over.

Braeden’s character loved that his daughter behaved as he has in the past. The Newman bravado was evident, they reveled in it, and Victoria gained the CEO crown. She was and remains the apple of her father’s eye.

She never suffered Adam well during his time at the company. Victor attempted to create a make-work project for him through the creation of Newman Media. But its late sale to Newman Enterprises gave Adam his out.

Tucker recently saw Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) cut him off. Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), the love of his life, quickly followed.

Ashley and Devon are the reasons why Tucker returned to Genoa City, Wisconsin. But Tucker demonstrated that he has not learned how to be honest with the people he cares for, and his ex-wife and son are not interested in helping him mature.

If Michael Baldwin’s (Christian Le Blanc) information is accurate, Victor is on the verge of seizing Tucker’s life’s work. If realized, St. John’s character will go wild.

Victoria said the company must sell some real estate holdings if it wants to take total control of McCall Unlimited. That means it is a mega-money deal.

Of course, nothing is over until it is over. Considering the Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) factor, Tucker can be given a puncher’s chance to either block the hostile takeover or slow it in an attempt to prevent his loss of control.

If Tucker can hold off Victor, Adam’s recent meeting with the current owner of McCall Unlimited could prove to be tantalizing in retrospect. If Tucker retains control, possibly Adam goes to work for him and battles the Newmans on Y&R.
