However, they had a good talk, and Victor let Chelsea know that just as he helped her resolve the Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) matter, so too would he help her if she needed him again. She was touched when he reinforced that he was part of his family.

Billy landed on Chelsea’s doorstep. He was sitting in front of her doorway after breaking up with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).

Chelsea feels naturally obligated to comfort Billy. This pairing was initially forced together because Victor paid Chelsea to trap Billy, resulting in Johnny’s birth.

Victor has intelligence sources everywhere. So, viewers anticipate him learning about Chelsea’s link to Billy. Another rift between the Moustache and Egan’s character would develop, assuming that happens.
