Y&R Spoilers: Victoria Demoted, Victor Announces He Will Take Over Newman

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) learns Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) demoted her at Newman Enterprises.

Even worse than that, she realizes that she will be reporting directly to her father, and he’s stripping away her power.

Victoria believes her loyalty and determination will score some brownie points with Victor.

She is shocked when her dad announces that he’s demoting her, forcing her to report every decision she makes.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Lays It All On The Line

With Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) leaving for Newman Media, that leaves an open position. Victor hoped Nick would take over that job.

However, Nick refuses the job to work with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) at Kirsten International.

That’s when Victor tells Victoria he knows who will fill Nikki’s position. He decides to put Victoria in the position, leaving her job – the top dog– open.

Victoria panics at first. She questions her dad about who he could appoint. She worries that Victor is concerned about giving Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) the top Newman Enterprises position.

Victor informs her that Adam will not return to Newman Enterprises. However, he knows who will fill the role.

He is returning to the office, and she and Nate Hastings, Jr. (Sean Dominic) will report directly to him.

He will make all the decisions for Newman Enterprises moving forward.

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman Refuses To Accept Victor Newman’s Decision

As many Young and the Restless viewers suspected, Victoria is unhappy with the decision.

She realizes that her dad wants to reclaim the throne and control the chaos the family has caused with Newman Media and Newman Enterprises. However, she cannot help but feel attacked by his decision.

Victoria believes she did an excellent job running Newman Enterprises. She thinks he’s mistreating her by demoting her in this way.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victoria will accept his decision or now, but quickly plots with Nate to reclaim her throne without considering the cost of her actions.
