Y&R Spoilers: Victor Sabotages Adam – Is This the Last Straw?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) devised a plan to lure Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) back to Newman Enterprises. With Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) by Victor’s side, the Mustache feels confident that his plan will work.

Victor wants Adam to return to the Newman family fold. This means to Victor that Adam should work at Newman Enterprises and visit the ranch often. The problem with this is Adam doesn’t trust his dad. He wants nothing to do with any quality time with his dad or working alongside Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

The Young And The Restless Spoilers– Victor Newman’s Sabotage Plan With Kyle

On Friday’s (January 13) show, Victor will meet with Kyle. Y&R spoilers say that Kyle assumes Victor wants to chat about Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). But he’ll learn that Victor doesn’t want to talk about Diane at all. Instead, he wants to discuss Adam.

Victor reveals that he wants Adam to return to Newman Enterprises. However, Adam refuses to leave his position at Jabot. Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victor asks Kyle to help him sabotage Adam’s job at Jabot.

Kyle will agree to work with Victor, as he doesn’t like Adam working at Jabot any more than Victor. He will say that having an enemy working at his family’s business is not ideal. They agree to chat later about how to drive Adam back to Newman Enterprises.

Y&R Spoilers– Will Victor Newman And Kyle Abbott’s Plan Work?

The problem with Victor’s plan is Adam doesn’t want to work with his half-siblings. Even if Kyle helped get Adam fired from Jabot, he could refuse to return to Newman. If that happened, all the dirty sabotage would be for nothing.

The spoilers for 2023 said that Victor would ignite a Newman family civil war. That gives us a hint that his plan with Kyle will fail. Adam will likely refuse to work at Newman Enterprises and improve his relationship with Victor.

As for Kyle, when Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) learns of Kyle’s partnership with Victor, he won’t be happy. Jack hired Adam because he’s good at his job and appreciates their friendship.
