The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, September 21, 2023, reveal Victoria about ready to lose another job.

It’s been a bad week for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). She learned she was being demoted to co-CEO of Newman Enterprises rather than full CEO.

Not only that but she would now be working under her father again because The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) was taking it all over. Victor knew Victoria would not be happy with this idea and on Thursday he gets the proof.

Victoria’s attitude is enough to make Victor think he never should have kept her on at all but he was trying to be nice. However, he now loses his patience with her and gives her a stern warning.

She needs to play nice or she can just stay home all day. It’s not like she needs the money. Victoria also knows that if she sinks any further down the NE totem pole, she’ll lose Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), as well.

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is enjoying her new position ruling the roost at Newman Media.

She doesn’t like that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is by her side but figures she may as well use the situation to her advantage so she has been ordering Audra around.

Sure, she has no clue that Audra is not listening and still seeing Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), so that is why Ashley has another job for her.

When Nikki asks Audra to take on a new personal and manipulative project, will Nate get caught in the crossfire?

Nikki doesn’t trust him at all and is determined to expose her daughter’s lousy boyfriend. But, will Audra agree to Nikki’s demands?

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is once again concerned about her company because things are not going as planned and Victor might be screwing her over.
