The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has been getting more and more frustrated with how his adult children have been running his various companies and fears they will run everything into the ground with their petty ideas and bad taste in love interests.

He has also managed to tick them all off — especially when he screwed over Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), a woman both Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) love.

Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) know they need to come up with a solution to all these headaches so they forge ahead with a new idea that involves gathering everyone together at the ranch to tell them who is going to be in charge from now on. And, they may not like it.

Y&R Spoilers – Nick And Adam Newman Have Even More Business Problems

For some reason, Sharon Collins (Sharon Case) thought it would be a good idea for Nick and Adam to work together at her new company. She enjoys working with both men, but she really should have picked just one.

Now, Nick and Sharon find working with Adam to be more difficult and challenging than expected, and have to have a talk with him.

Between Victor and Nikki’s new idea and Sharon and Nick’s frustration, Adam is not having an easy time of it career-wise. With Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) problems and Sally’s rejection, his personal life is also not working out.
