Y&R Spoilers: Trouble At The Tower-Victor Intervenes, Fires Nate And Victoria, Gives Nick Full Power?

The Young And The Restless: Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and rumors tease there’s trouble at the Newman Tower. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) no longer trusts Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nate Hastings; (Sean Dominic) might he intervene, firing them both, and giving full power to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Risky Business Risks Business

As far as Victor is concerned, indulging in risky business in the office risks business, and it seems that Victoria and Nate are more interested in making boardrooms bedrooms.

Optics are everything sometimes in business, and this is definitely not a good look for the company, or for Victoria. There was a time when Victor trusted his life with Nate, when Nate was his doctor-but he’s no longer the Nate he once knew.

Power sometimes corrupts, and it’s very obvious that the power of the position Victoria put Nate in has corrupted him. Victoria seems to be riding on that power trip right along with him, and Victor may feel an intervention is needed.

Y & R Spoilers – Leadership Skills Are Suffering

Victoria’s leadership skills are suffering, and Victor knows from what happened at Chancellor Winters that Nate is not experienced enough to be handling the position he’s in. Victoria installed him as co-CEO along with herself, and Victor has noticed the bottom line suffering since he started.

Previously, Nick had been co-CEO along with his sister and that’s what Victor had wanted, but the power has gone to her head too.

Victor will confront her, and make her aware that major changes are necessary to turn the company around, but if she doesn’t listen, he’ll take extreme action. He’ll fire both her and Nate if that’s what it takes to save the company he worked so hard to build.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Doesn’t Play Around

Victor doesn’t play around and he means what he says and he says what he means. Victoria and Nate have two weeks to turn things around, and if they can’t, they’re out.

Victoria might clap back but Victor reminds her he is the owner and founder and he can hire and fire who he wants, if it’s the best for the company. He demands that the two of them stop their affair or at least keep it out of the office.

It’s either shape up or ship out time and that is simply that. He’ll turn complete power over to Nick if he has to if the company doesn’t do a turnaround.
