The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Abbott Siblings Always At War

They may be grandparents in their 60s, but that doesn’t mean that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) aren’t still at each other’s throats over love lives — and business.

Ashley doesn’t trust Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Jack certainly doesn’t want Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) around. That is why all four of them are constantly trying to one-up one another.

Ashley’s latest new cosmetic company is one of the tactics she is using to do that while Jack has his own plans at Jabot to make sure that Ashley is no longer on the board if she is going to be the competition.

On Thursday, Ashley and Tucker plot some more when they know Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is trying to hide something. Billy covers for his brother but he doesn’t do a very good job of it and will have to answer to Jack.

Perhaps Billy might want to stay away from the family home for a bit until this all dies down between Ashley and Jack — if it ever does.

Phyllis’ New Life Won’t Be Easy

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) really thought she had the perfect deal going so she’d never have to stand trial for what happened to Jeremy Stark (James Hyde), but Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) Williams has no time for that.

At least Phyllis is now out on bail ready to fight for her freedom while working for Tucker since he is going to be the one to save her — eventually.

When Chris and Phyllis run into one another it does not go well at all as the long-time enemies verbally spar. Will Phyllis end up giving away her game and getting herself in more trouble or will Tucker come along and put a stop to things as Phyllis’ freedom and cooperation is part of his own master plan?

Phyllis is playing a dangerous game by goading Christine because she has been waiting decades to finally put her behind bars, but Phyllis also just can’t help herself. Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see how these stories play out.
