The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Daniel Romalotti Gets Quite A Stunner

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) might have sworn Summer Newman Abbott (Alison Lanier) to secrecy over the fact that she is alive and that she killed Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) in self-defense. Phyllis didn’t even want Summer to tell Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) because Phyllis admitted she didn’t feel as close to her son as she does to her daughter, mainly due to the fact that she didn’t raise Daniel.

Well, Summer clearly can’t keep a secret because it all becomes too much for her and she blurts out the whole sordid tale to a shocked Daniel. Will he end up being a better secret-keeper than his sister or is Phyllis in more trouble than she bargained for? Daniel also might be absolutely furious with Phyllis for what she has done and be much less forgiving than Summer. Perhaps Phyllis should have waited to reveal herself.

What could this new endeavor be and will it bring the siblings much more needed peace?

While Phyllis stays hidden, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is still accused of killing someone who is very much alive. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has been going to bat for her and got Michael Baldwin (Christian J. Le Blanc) to be her defense attorney. Defending Diane has been causing some problems in Michael’s marriage to Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) but he is determined to do his job right.
