Y&R Spoilers: Summer And Kyle’s Marriage Crumbles

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) is on a guilty mission. She, like her brother, was estranged from Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) in the weeks leading up to her death.

Viewers, Jeremy Stark (James Hyde), and those who were part of the unfolding scheme know that Phyllis is not dead. But Summer does not know that and intends to find her mother’s killer.

The Young and the Restless spoilers show Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) made herself a prime suspect. That happens when someone is caught with her hands around an eventually supposedly dead woman’s neck, who Diane threatened to kill, and Phyllis clutched Diane’s engagement ring while lying seemingly unconscious on the floor of the Neil Winters’ Jazz Lounge at the revived Genoa City Athletic Club.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – The GCAC Is Back In Business

It was fitting to see the Genoa City Athletic Club set brought back to life during Y&R’s fiftieth-anniversary celebration episodes. That setting was used for many years until Phyllis became one of the owners of the Grand Phoenix Hotel.

Phyllis later took sole possession of the GP with some assistance from Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). But she repaid the debt and appeared to be set for life.

However, Phyllis allowed herself to become fixated on getting Diane. That resulted in the GP being sold to Chancellor-Winters when Phyllis was hired by Summer at Jabot’s Marchetti Home.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Protecting His Mother

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is familiar with believing his mother died. He will need to be there for Summer whenever this plot is exposed or revealed because she will be as devastated by Phyllis’ betrayal as Kyle was last year.

Diane has endured a lot of anticipated flak from many corners of this famous city since announcing she faked her murder. Kyle forgave his mother after accepting her explanation of suffering from intense mental anguish.

Summer has never been on board with Diane. But did want to support Kyle and tried to get along with her for his and Harrison Locke’s (Kellen Enriquez) sake.

Y&R Spoilers – Summer Newman Abbott Will Be Blindsided

The Young and the Restless spoilers show Summer has approached Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). She wants to help him find her mother’s killer, which assumes she is dead and was murdered.

Diane is being framed, with Summer likely to point a soapy finger at her mother-in-law. Kyle recently asked his father, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), about Diane’s potential implication in Phyllis’ death. Both decided the renewed Diane would not do that.

So marital strain is dead ahead in GC. Whether Summer and Kyle eventually break because of Phyllis’ stunt will soon be seen on Y&R.
