Summer Newman and Kyle Abbott have been at odds over their mothers for months, basically since Diane Jenkins returned to Genoa City. The newly married couple already had a lot of their own issues and baggage when they said “I Do,” it’s truly a miracle their relationship has lasted this long with Phyllis and Diane at war, but all that is going to change.
Summer has been keeping her mother Phyllis’ shady secret for her. According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, by the end of next week Genoa City will know the truth, Diane’s name will be cleared, and Summer’s mom could wind up behind bars instead.
But, everything that is done in the dark comes to light, and the you know what will hit the fan when Kyle learns his wife has been lying to him.
Kyle Abbott has begun growing suspicious of Summer, she’s not a great liar and it’s becoming pretty obvious she is hiding something from him.
When Kyle learns that his wife knew all along her mother was alive, and she could have proved his mother’s innocence and didn’t, there may be no coming back from this.
The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Phyllis put Summer in an impossible position, and forced her to lie to her husband and put his mother in danger.
