The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) has a way of getting to the heart of the matter with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) knows his brother as well as anyone and was also able to get through to Adam, at least for now.

It appears that Sharon and Nick have persuaded Adam to see the daytime light He claims to be moving past the dark place he was in when conceiving of the name Adustus, which translates to burn or scorching the earth,

So, the remnants of McCall Unlimited, which Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) purchased from Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), will be re-branded with a positive moniker.

Nick told Adam their father did not need to go to Germany to secure financing. That appears to be a ruse, with Victor purposely leaving his sons to their own devices.

Adam recognized what Nick was saying and agreed. It appears Victor wants to see what the boys will do when he is not home to see how they play together.

Nick asserted they could seem disrespectful if they move too quickly on their plans or even move at all. However, if they wait until Victor returns before beginning to implement the plans for this new media-focused business, Nick and Adam could come across as weak.

Y&R Spoilers – A Win Or Lose Scenario Unfolding?

Adam asked Sharon and Nick if they believed he could ever change. Sharon shot him down, saying she saw through the woe-is-me pattern he has often reverted to.

Morrow’s character offered a moment of comic relief, with Nick saying he saw glimpses of a human being inside his younger brother. Adam was not amused.

It would seem hard to please the Moustache no matter what this trio he endorsed does in the next three months. That is the amount of time Victor gave Nick, Adam, and Sharon to have free reign during the build-up period as they try to refocus McCall Unlimited and merge it with Kirsten International.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers On Board, With A Caveat

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) needs to beat the series of criminal charges she is facing before looking at long-term job prospects. But choosing to embrace her children’s optimistic outlook, she accepted Adam’s offer to become the Information Technology head.

Nick was not pleased Adam hired Phyllis without his or Sharon’s knowledge, citing the likelihood Red would be put in jail on murder charges. But Adam must agree with Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei), banking on Phyllis’ Phoenix-like abilities.

However, Phyllis added a caveat when accepting Adam’s pitch. She needs his help before officially joining the company he, Nick, and Sharon head. Adam needs to help Phyllis get Tucker off her back on Y&R.
