The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will take it to the next level. They’ve been in a relationship for a while, working it around Chance’s cases-but the Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) situation have given them both a new outlook.

Chance and Sharon have been kind of dancing around their friendship to relationship and their mutual bond and attraction. But they both realized anew that tomorrow isn’t promised, when Sharon killed the psycho in self-defense and Chance disarmed the bomb belt Ashby had on Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster). So, now with Chance moved out from the Chancellor Mansion and into his own place near the police department, they decide to move ahead with their romance.

Life is precious and one never knows what is going to happen next-so Chance and Sharon both adopt an attitude of enjoy it while you can. They have become even closer after the incident in the sewers and Chance proved to himself he’s moved forward from the tragedy when overseas.

Sharon well knows the life of a cop and knows he could be called out on a case at any time. Sharon is leaving her comfort zone just a little bit-she hasn’t been romantically involved with anyone since Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) died over a year ago. Chance had been his partner and worked hard to close all his cases, which was his way of honoring Rey and Sharon really appreciated it. That’s how they got to know one another better.

The magic moment happens when long simmering embers ignite and the couple takes it to the next level and hits the sheets. It’s a wonderful time for both of them to be able to finally move on from their pasts and start a new life together. For Chance, it is a time of new beginnings with someone he knows he can trust, for Sharon it is a time of moving forward from a painful past.

Together they can face each obstacle as they come, moving forward and know they have that partner they can lean on and share with. But for now, they have tonight and all the anticipation of the future together it brings.
