Sally’s sister, Coco Spectra (Courtney Grosbeck), and grandmother, Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo), are characters that crossover fans saw on The Bold and the Beautiful in the recent past. Coco last appeared in 2018. Grams, as Sally calls her, was last seen on B&B in the same year and reappeared on Y&R in 2021 through a video chat.

Hope’s character referenced a meeting with her family members, telling Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) about it. Sally’s family meeting helped her to make great progress in the healing process.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Ava Hope Newman’s Loss Endures

Ava Hope Newman (the daughter Sally miscarried) continues to be grieved by her parents. Adam has held up well, at least externally. Sally’s fallout has been different.

According to Y&R spoilers, Sally was enraged because of what Adam told Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) on that fateful day. He felt it was the only decision he could make.

Sally felt guilty for having survived the ordeal, believing that Ava should have survived or even that both of them could have. But time, reflection, and the advice Grams and Coco gave Sally provided her with perspective. Her relatives also told her not to be so harsh on Adam.

Y&R Spoilers – Adam Newman Still In Love

Adam has not stopped loving Sally. He understands that she dropped him and is now apparently in love with Nick. Nevertheless, Adam’s feelings persist.

Sally can not deny that her connection with Adam was intense. Hope’s character told Nick, on multiple occasions, that she did not want to be involved with Adam, seeing him as poison.

But Nick defended his brother, telling Sally he backed his brother’s actions. Nick also told Sally that Adam was hurting and deserved her respect.

Victor made an unexpected and intriguing offer to Sally. Her talks with Nick and Adam indicate she will take the Moustache up on his offer and lead a design division at Newman Enterprises.

Viewers are anticipating the re-establishment of the dynamic that existed at Newman when Adam, Nick, Sally, and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) were together. It should be good soap.

As for Sally, kudos to her for rebounding rather quickly. Praise to Adam as well for handling the loss and Sally’s initial rebuke with class.

That term is rarely used with Grossman’s character. Neither is the word friend but that is what he and Sally may soon think of each other as if all goes well on Y&R.
