Y&R Spoilers: Sally Gets Big Baby Daddy News

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal a nervous Sally finally getting the answer she needs, but is it the answer she wants? Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is a high-maintenance and anxious person during the best of times, so having to wonder who fathered her unborn child is taking its toll on her. Since Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) seems like the more stable and supportive of the two baby daddy contenders, she really wants Nick to be the dad but both she and Nick are well aware it could be Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

“Sally is definitely really good at creating stress in her life,” Courtney Hope said in the February 27, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “She has an overactive mind anyway but waiting for the outcome of the paternity test is almost becoming intolerable.”

At least Nick is there by her side to try to calm her down, but it doesn’t seem to be working out. After he reminds her that she might not know the results of the DNA test for days, she tries to relax, but it is not easy.

Jill Foster Abbott (Jess Walton) and a possible business venture are also on Sally’s mind and Nick urges her to focus on that, but it only serves to stress her out more.

“Not having a job in this economy when you’re bringing a baby into the world isn’t exactly calming,” Hope told Digest. “So, on top of not knowing who’s the father, it’s not knowing how she’s going to fully support the baby that’s upsetting. So, she really needs this meeting to go well.

Just as Nick has her a bit calm, Sally learns that Nick was wrong and the paternity results are ready that night. All she has to do is enter a password into her account and learn who she will be raising a child with.

And the results? “It’s definitely a shock,” Hope said. “Now she and Nick have to accept the truth and figure out how to move forward.” That sounds like it could be Adam, but sounds like doesn’t make something true. Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see how this story plays out.
