Y&R Spoilers: Phyllis Summers Goes Missing Enroute To The Hospital, News Rocks GC

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers promise some intrigue during the week of April 3rd. The speech and theatrics went south fast (or so it seems) for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) when she made a major scene at the bicentennial gala after Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) announced their engagement.

While there have been plenty of twists and turns throughout this recent storyline, it looks like the plot will continue to thicken dramatically in the days ahead. Executive Producer/Head Writer for the show, Josh Griffin, shares all the juicy details with Soap Opera Digest (SOD).

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – The Mood Turns Ugly When Jeremy Stark Drops A Bombshell

Y&R spoilers suggest more ups and downs in this story. Griffin notes that Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will be out of their mind with worry when they find out about an ambulance crash. As they wait to hear positive news, Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) shocks them, and the rest of the crowd, announcing he and Phyllis are married.

Daniel, Summer, and pretty much everyone won’t believe Jeremy until he shows them a marriage license that proves the two got hitched three days ago. Griffin notes that this will upset Daniel, partly because he feels guilty about what’s happened between him and his mom recently, and her current situation. This prompts him to lash out at Stark, while dad Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) tries to restrain his son.

Griffin states to SOD that Leanna Love (Barbara Crampton) will be in gossip heaven; however, she’ll immediately be shut down by Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), who will send the tabloid queen packing. With that said, the mood continues to deteriorate as loved ones try and get an update on Phyllis. Griffin reveals that things go from bad to worse between Daniel and Stark, as Summer continues to hurt and worry about her mom.

Griffin ends the SOD interview by stating that as the bicentennial event comes to a close, the town will be stunned by even more shocking, which will “forever” change the landscape of Genoa City.
