Y&R Spoilers: Phyllis Lands In Hot Water Again, In Front Of The Same Judge

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that no matter how hard Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) tries to live an honest, drama-free life, something “pulls her back in”.

Her current plight is figuring out a way to pay back the insurance company $2.2 million dollars for her fraudulent death claim. As Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) rides to Red’s rescue, there will be repercussions to accepting this money.

Y&R Spoilers: Here We Go, Again!

Y&R spoilers state that Tucker presented Phyllis with a proposal last week; he’d give her the money she needed to pay off the insurance company if she hacked into Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) financial records, and she agreed to the deal.

Tucker is desperate to snag Jabot and Red is desperate to clear her debt. Still, Phyllis is also equally desperate to prove to her kids that she doesn’t need to scheme, lie, backstab, and do underhanded things in Genoa City to make a good life for herself.

Red seems very conflicted about working with Tucker on this “project” and she should be. She stands to lose a lot.

Sadly, despite her last debacle, it seems as if Phyllis continues to gravitate towards drama instead of turning the other cheek.

Y&R Spoilers: It Wasn’t That Long Ago She Sat In Front Of A Judge

After all, it’s only been mere weeks since Phyllis stood before a judge, with Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) hoping the book would be thrown at Red, while Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) represented her.

The judge was fairly soft on Phyllis for her faked death attempt but warned her she wouldn’t be the next time if she stood before her.

Red has a debt of $2.2 million to pay; however, she’s playing with fire if she ends up moving forward with Tucker’s plan to hack into Billy’s financials.

Irony is still a thing in the land of soaps, and should she get caught, she’d likely stand before the very same judge who once showed her mercy. This next time, she won’t be as lucky.
