Y&R Spoilers: Nikki Warns Victoria Newman

The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates show that fans of the CBS soap opera can expect to see Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) get a stern warning from her mother Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).  Victoria and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) have been canoodling for weeks now despite her family’s protests.  Now that the dup is really heating up, Nikki Newman may have to intervene.

 Despite delusional Nate insisting it was all innocent, his girlfriend Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) saw the writing on the wall and bailed.   Nate is officially single and Victoria Newman is ready to strike.

Nikki Newman knows there’s a storm brewing on The Young and the Restless.  Victor’s wife has watched her kids and husband fumble the family company multiple times over the years because of matters of the heart.  In Nikki’s defense, there’s always someone trying to seduce some company stocks out of one of her kids.  The worried mom will warn her daughter about getting involved with Nate.  In her eyes, the risk far exceeds the reward.  But, Nikki won’t see it like that.

What is the Newman Family’s beef with Nate Hastings?  Considering Victoria’s track record with men on The Young and the Restless, you would think that a former doctor turned corporate wolf would be a step up in the dating pool.  But, Victoria’s parents and brother Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) don’t see it that way.

Since it became clear to all parties involved that Victoria Newman would stop at nothing to secure Nate Hastings, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has had an axe to grind.  Victor and Nick are convinced that Nate is taking Victoria for a ride on The Young and the Restless and just sleeping his way to the top of the company.

Unfortunately, this has always been an issue with Victor’s daughter.  It seems like Victoria Newman’s family is constantly cleaning up her messy romances and fighting her former flames and trying to keep their hands off the Newman company and fortune.  After her disastrous relationship history, Victoria seems like an easy target because she is desperate to find true love.
