Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has been a hot mess since she returned from the lake house. No one can blame her, as she was not only fed vodka through an IV but the trauma she endured while kidnapped was just too much.
Still, Nikki is a fighter and survivor. She’s not about to let Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) “win” this battle or war. It’s hard not to imagine that her drunken stupor might be a swerve to lure and trap Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) aunt.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – The Moustache’s Denial
Y&R spoilers suggest that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) caught Nikki drinking and did the right thing by telling Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). The Moustache’s reaction was to disregard Nate’s statements, which doesn’t exactly make sense.
It’s not hard to believe that Nikki would be back on the bottle, considering all she’s been through and the fact that she has been acting strange.
It was worth Victor investigating it a bit, at the very least, so it was interesting to see the Moustache completely shoot Nate down, when all he was trying to do was help.
Y&R Spoilers – Nikki & Victor Newman’s Master Plan
This isn’t the first time the Newmans have been to a stalker rodeo, and it’s likely that Nikki and Victor both know they are being “watched”, and “playing into” Aunt Jordan’s hands.
It’s possible that Nikki approached Victor about her drinking offscreen and the two concocted a plan to make it appear that Nikki’s still on the bottle, even though she’s secretly getting help. This may also explain why the Moustache fluffed off Nate’s concerns.
Aunt Jordan has gotten away with a lot considering the police and Victor’s security team on this case.
Y&R spoilers for Tuesday, December 26th suggest a “showdown” between Nikki and Jordan, and in this week’s preview video, a very drunk Nikki confronts Claire’s aunt.
It looks as if Nikki could be vulnerable to Jordan, considering her state; however, is she and Victor swerving the villainess in an attempt to finally catch her?
Jordan may think she has the upper hand, which means her guard will be down. This might be the best way to gain the upper hand on this mentally unstable criminal.
Has Nikki fallen off the wagon or is she faking it to nab Jordan? Comment, below!
