Y&R Spoilers: Nikki Newman Takes Charge

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, September 18, 2023, reveal Ashley Nikki having to pick up the pieces of a broken company — and family.

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) certainly didn’t expect to take over the CEO duties at Newman Media and rule alongside The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), a man who has come out of retirement to take over Newman Enterprises again.

Of course, Victor’s decisions come with consequences and Nikki has to deal with them on Monday.

First, she has to smooth things over with her butt-hurt daughter who can’t believe Daddy knocked her off her perch and turned her into a co-CEO.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is not sure what she wants to do now and is absolutely furious that things are working out this badly for her.

Nikki tries to encourage her daughter to go along with what Victor wants. After all, she tried to warn her things might not work out the way she wanted — especially after she took up with Nate Hastings and kept promoting him.

Y&Spoilers – More Problems For Nikki Newman

Victoria’s hurt feelings are not where Nikki’s problems begin and end. She also has to worry about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and his propensity for revenge.

He is tired of being jerked around by his father and every member of the family and Nikki has to make sure he won’t try to sabotage her new job.

Of course, as Nikki tries to do damage control on Monday, she also has to see the damage caused by Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

Their affair is more trouble than it’s worth. Nikki even thinks she put an end to it but is about to be in for a big surprise. They are carrying on behind her back and Kyle doesn’t even know the half of it.

Will Audra and Kyle be out of work soon or will Nikki decide to see if they can behave themselves now?

Little does anyone know that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) might be a bigger problem than anyone. So many problems, so little time.
