It looked like Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) was finally getting what she wanted as Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) gave in and they started a moment of passion right on her office desk. Unbeknownst to them, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) overheard what was going on — and that’s just one problem they will soon have to deal with.

The first problem to conquer is the fact that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) walked in on that and was stunned when he shouldn’t have been. Nick drags Nate for cheating on Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) when he is a man who always cheats himself. Then, he has a warning for his sister. She is playing with fire and going to get hurt. Nate has a girlfriend who is not about to give up on him so soon and Victoria might find she has a brand-new enemy on her hands.

He is supposed to be a good cop, but Chance doesn’t see anything weird about this evidence just falling into his lap.

Well, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) does and he vows to project Diane at all costs. He is madly in love with this woman and absolutely positive that she did not hurt Phyllis, despite what he saw in that hotel room the night of the bicentennial gala.
