The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) seemed to have a plan when he decided to take back control of Newman Enterprises and show his ungrateful adult children a lesson and maybe that plan is working.

First, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) approaches his father and attempts to offer an olive branch to the man. He is fresh off a breakup with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and is re-evaluating his life.

Perhaps he regrets how his relationship with his father has been going and he wants to finally come back into the Newman fold — at least on a family level. He is still determined to start a new company with Sharon Collins (Sharon Case) and make it a success.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has already told Victor she wants to make peace after he demoted her, so this could be a win-win.

It was surprising enough when Victoria decided to play nice with her dad, but now she is going to do something even more stunning.
