Y&R Spoilers: Claire Grace Makes Debut In Genoa City

According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Claire Grace made her debut in Genoa City. She first appeared on Monday, October 2.

Claire became close to Nikki Newman, who’s guiding her along the way. Claire is a businesswoman who works for Newman Media.

Little details are known about this new character. Y&R fans might recognize Hayley Erin, who was a fixture on the CBS daytime soap before.

She played the role of Abby Abbott Carlton. In her interview with TV Insider, Erin explained the difference between Abby and Claire.

“I would say that Claire is definitely a bit more serious than Abby [was when I played her]. She’s a hard worker. I haven’t really known Abby in her adult life,” Erin told TV Insider.

The last time that Erin was on The Young and the Restless was when she was a kid. It was her first television role. She was around 14 years old at the time, so a lot has changed since then. Erin noted that she’s grown a lot since her childhood acting days.

The 30-year-old got married and had two kids. She has more acting experience now that she’s returned to the soap.

She’s also had plenty of life experience, which will be beneficial to her role. Erin is excited to return to Y&R and play a new character altogether.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Is Claire Related To Nikki?

The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Claire could be a distant relative of Nikki. It could be the reason why Nikki is so protective of the young businesswoman.

The user LOL@SHARON posted on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards: “Didn’t Nikki have a daughter? Could she be her grandaughter or even a sister to Nikki’s daughter? I’m intrigued by Claire.”

One fan wrote: “After her scenes with Nikki today, I am wondering even more what secret Claire has. Because there IS a secret.”

According to the Y&R spoilers, Claire has a difficult family life. She doesn’t want to share that part of herself with Nikki.

She would rather focus on the present moment rather than her past. Claire hopes that she can also climb up the corporate ladder.
