Y&R Spoilers: Nate Fails Victor’s Test, Placing Victoria Between A Rock & A Hard Place

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that fans should always expect the unexpected in the land of Genoa City.

Right now, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) are in the know about Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) “plan” to dupe his children to test their loyalty.

He’s given strict instructions to keep Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) in the dark. So, who will end up passing his test and if someone fails, what will the repercussions be?

Y&R spoilers for the week of October 30th imply that The Moustache will play hardball with Hastings.

Looks like Nate may fail Victor’s loyalty by the time the weekend hits. Victoria may stand true to her word and not fill Hastings in on what she knows.

She may not even have the opportunity to do so, as things move fast in GC. After all, Victor already told Nate about his concerns over his mental deterioration, also telling him to keep his lips sealed about their conversation.

It looks like Nate’s about to be set up, and he’ll fail miserably. What will Victoria do when her father drops the hammer on her boy toy boyfriend?

Y&R Spoilers – Is This The Beginning Of The End For Nacky?

There are a ton of moving pieces in this storyline. The first one is the fact that Nate might be mad at Victoria for not telling him what her father was up to.

If Nate fails Victor’s test by telling Adam about his conversation with the Moustache (a way to rub it in, perhaps, implying he’s closer to Victor than his own son), then Vic may also be upset at Hastings for not only breaking her dad’s trust but also not coming to her.

In addition, there’s a chance that Nate does go to Vic with what her dad told him, and Victor finds out. He’ll want the good doctor fired immediately for lack of loyalty, while Vic may want to give Nate another chance.

As the Moustache has played a ton of games lately, Vicky could decide to leave Newman, along with Nate, but that would mean leaving her dream job behind and breaking family ties.
