Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) has been doing everything he can to resist Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) advances for months and even turned down an invite to her hotel room a few weeks ago. But he can’t resist anymore and when he and Victoria share another bottle of expensive booze in her office during a late night working.

They succumb to passion right on The Great Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) old desk and are ready to make more of a mess of their lives (and the desk) than ever when Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) walks in. Nate and Victoria quickly compose themselves and Nate makes a quick run for it to leave the Newman siblings to hash this one out on their own. Needless to say, Nick is not very happy at all.

Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is sadly out because she is trying to keep the peace and make nice with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
