Y&R spoilers don’t hint at a breakup between Billy and his current love, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan); however, many fans are hoping for it.

Chilly doesn’t seem to have the sparks between them that used to be there. Maybe it’s because they’ve been friends for so long, or perhaps it’s the shift in Chelsea’s character and experience, but the chemistry is minimal, so possibly it is time for Lawson and Abbott to move on.

Actress Melissa Clair Egan should be exiting soon onscreen as she just gave birth and is expected to take maternity leave.

With Chelsea leaving the canvas, could this open a door to a possible Villy reunion?

Y&R Spoilers – Billy Abbott’s The Only Man Who’s Truly Loved Vicky Newman In Recent Years

It’s no secret that Vicky wanted Billy back when he first entered his romance with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) more recently.

It’s also no secret that the two almost reunited in 2019 until her dad Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) worked overtime to keep the two apart.

Vicky has had a hard go with men in recent years. She tried to reunite with JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill), but that ended in complete disaster thanks to a brain tumor he had.

Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) was a complete psycho who lied to her about having cancer and used her to gain access to her father’s company; and Nate isn’t any better, seemingly with Ms. Newman to climb the corporate ladder.

Billy has been the only man in years to love Vicky for Vicky, not her inheritance or business ties, and while he did make plenty of mistakes in their relationship, he did genuinely love her.
