Y&R Spoilers: Michael Baldwin Is BACK, Christian LeBlanc Cancer Update

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) comings and goings confirm fan fave Michael Baldwin is back in actions on the CBS soap.

According to Y&R spoilers, Christian LeBlanc’s first air date back is scheduled for Wednesday November 22, 2023.  Just in time for Thanksgiving!

Y&R Spoilers: Michael Baldwin Returns To Soap

Michael Baldwin has been in and out of major storylines for years on The Young and the Restless.

It’s not unusual for the character to disappear for the canvas for a month or two and then pop back up for another major storyline in Genoa City.  But, this time Christian LeBlanc’s return is extra special.

This will be the first time Michael Baldwin has appeared on The Young and the Restless since June.  The character was hastily written out of Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) legal mess because Christian LeBlanc was forced to take some unexpected time out of work.

The actor revealed over the summer that he was battling cancer and would be MIA on The Young and the Restless for a while.  LeBlanc shocked fans when he revealed he had been diagnosed with multiple myeloma (plasma cancer).  The actor also revealed he had a massive tumor growing in his sinuses that was making it difficult to see out of one of his eyes.

In October, Michael LeBlanc shared amazing news in an interview and announced that he had underwent surgery and immunotherapy and his cancer was in remission.  Of course, The Young and the Restless fans were thrilled.  It looks like LeBlanc didn’t waste any time and got right back on the set of the CBS soap.

Y&R comings and goings reveal that Michael Baldwin is not the only fan fave who will be back for the holidays.  He also will have his whacky mother Gloria (Judith Chapman) with him, and Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will also be on hand for the Thanksgiving feast.
