Literally catching her on the rooftop of the Grand Phoenix hotel was a moment neither he nor Chelsea will ever forget. Their bond through Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) deepened when Billy saved Chelsea from making a fateful decision. Both lives changed direction at that moment.

So, the relationship break Billy is forced to deal with keeps the stopwatch ticking. He did not believe Lily was holding the hammer on their pairing, but she is because of loyalty lessons learned during her two marriages to Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard).

Yes, Billy, like others in Genoa City, Wisconsin, must deal with the bagged Lily brought into this relationship. Billy is not Cane, and Cane was not always at fault. But Lily was deeply impacted by what happened in her marriages and how the second one ended.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Daniel Romalotti Needs Compassion

Billy recognized Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) as a threat when he returned to GC. Lily was thrilled to see her first husband and has opened up to him.

Daniel is teased to share the personal struggles he has endured in recent years, which damaged his relationship with Heather Stevens (Jennifer Landon) and his daughter, Lucy Romalotti (played as a baby by Abigail and Olivia Moore). Lily will instinctively offer him support.

Thompson’s character will see the conflict between Lily not wanting him to offer compassion to Chelsea but Khalil’s character offering her ex-husband a shoulder to lean on. This quickly developing storyline is compelling on Y&R.
