Y&R Spoilers: Jordan’s Fatal Mistake, Claire Saves Nikki During Hostage Exchange?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) agrees to meet Jordan (Colleen Zenk).

Fans recall that Jordan offered to release Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) in exchange for Nikki. Despite everything Claire did, she is Nikki’s granddaughter.

Claire Grace’s Kidnapping

Y&R spoilers reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) went to the mental health facility to see Claire.

However, Claire was missing and on her empty bed was Jordan’s gold bracelet. Victoria flashed back to the Oregon lakehouse and recalled seeing Jordan wearing that exact same bracelet.

While Victoria and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) desperately search for their daughter, Jordan placed a phone call to Nikki.

Y&R Spoilers: Jordan’s Grave Proposition

A drunken Nikki answered Jordan’s phone call. Jordan asked if Nikki was drinking, which the matriarch gave a snarky reply.

That is when Jordan offered Nikki a proposition. Jordan offered to release Claire, but only if Nikki took her place. Jordan explained that it’s either Victoria’s mother or daughter.

Nikki Newman’s Drunken Sacrifice

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that during the week of December 25, fans can expect Nikki to show up at a burnt house. The house is charred nearly completely on the inside, including the outdated appliances.

However, it is still standing. As Nikki walks in, she yells out Jordan’s name. Then, Jordan thanks Nikki for coming, as if it were a party invitation. Jordan appears to be holding a small glass, but it’s not clear if it’s water or vodka.

It appears that Nikki agrees to sacrifice herself for Claire. However, Claire isn’t seen in the weekly preview clip. That also might be Nikki’s question… where is Claire? Nikki knows – even while intoxicated – that she could be walking into a trap.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Redemption & Heroism

Claire is going to have to do something pretty extreme to earn redemption. Claire went to extremes in helping Jordan punish Nikki.

So, could Claire end up saving Nikki’s life? If so, that would earn Claire redemption. At the same time, killing Jordan just might cause Claire’s psyche to completely crack.
