According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Jeremy stands to inherit Phyllis’ fortune according to a new will she recently prepared. Chance’s questions for Jeremy reinforced a dangerous aspect of this plan.

Phyllis is believed to be dead. So, what would prevent Jeremy from ordering his underworld associates to kill her off?

Chance confirmed that a check at the County Courthouse proved the marriage license was legitimate. So, Jeremy is Phyllis’ legal husband and appears to be in line to inherit the stash of cash she banked when selling the Grand Phoenix Hotel to Chancellor-Winters.

Y&R Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Will Not Be Free For Long?

This entire scheme intended to rid Genoa City, Wisconsin, of its returned scourge, Diane. Of course, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), and Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) see Diane differently.

Jack and Kyle are certain Diane has changed. The coming days will vindicate Diane. But until the true endgame happens, Jeremy and Phyllis appear capable of pinning the fake murder on her.

The empty bottle of poison, that Chance found in Phyllis’ room, was purposeful. That should be linked to Diane, and she could be arrested.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Is Resilient

Phyllis has survived many life-threatening situations. She did not want to become involved with Jeremy because of his criminal background but felt he represented her last resort and best chance to enact permanent revenge against Diane.

Jeremy could be playing a multilevel game, with the concealed part of his plan eliminating Phyllis and framing Diane for it. That would make Chance’s suspicions right but cause the sequence of events to be out of order.

Stafford is not known to be leaving the show. But Hyde recently used social media to announce his apparent departure from the cast. That implies Jeremy will either flee town, be arrested and imprisoned, or possibly be the one sent to the great beyond on Y&R.
