The Young and the Restless spoilers (Y&R) document that James Hyde (Jeremy Stark) will be seen on Y&R into the new year. News about his recurring contract being extended means that Jeremy will creep into the New Year.

Diane recently decided to stop hiding at the Jabot cabin and return to Genoa City, Wisconsin. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) was not on board with her plan to trick Jeremy into believing she wanted to work to pay him back and personally reconnect.

Jeremy is cautiously optimistic that Diane is being real. Viewers, Jack, and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) know that the soapy tightrope Diane has ventured out on is razor thin.

Hyde’s career began in the late 1980’s. Along with a slew of nighttime appearances, the veteran actor has been part of various daytime shows.

He appeared as Neil Johanssen Another World in 1997 and played Liam (no last name known for this character) on As the World Turns in 1999. Hyde’s longest daytime run came as Sam Bennett on Passions from 1999 through 2008.

Hyde appeared in various nighttime shows and a television movie, Love Under the Lemon Tree, in 2022, when he debuted as Diane’s former flame. Jeremy is also the man who was using Diane as a money laundering mule which led to his incarceration in prison.

Y&R Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Involves Herself Again?

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) contacted Jeremy using a burner phone. Without revealing her identity, she told him that Diane turned him into the authorities and was in GC.

Jeremy met with Phyllis after flying to Wisconsin. She initially did not admit to being the voice on the phone but later admitted the truth.

Phyllis recognized how dangerous Jeremy was. His demeanor indicated that he wanted to harm Diane, which even Phyllis would not support.

Suffering a break from Jack and her daughter, Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier), it is possible that Phyllis will intentionally or unintentionally involve herself in current Diane related developments.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Miscalculates

Viewers see the rub. Diane believes she outwitted Jeremy before and is behaving like he can be handled again.

But Jeremy spent years in prison and will not tolerate being manipulated. So, when, not if, he determines Diane is fooling him, consequences will follow. The Abbott family is Jeremy’s likely target because he knows they are important to Diane on Y&R.
