The Young and the Restless fans are wondering if Tessa is still the face of Jabot. They feel that she should be on the CBS soap — especially since Jabot has taken central focus in an ongoing storyline.

One fan brought it up on the Soap Central forums. The original poster asked whether Tessa is still the face of the brand since her storyline was so short-lived.

“They devoted what… 2 episodes to that and then we never heard another word about it until today, and that was only in passing,” the user noted.

On the Thursday, July 13 broadcast of The Young and the Restless, Tessa’s name was brought up in conversation. The fans wonder if this means she’s still the face of the company. However, one fan corrected that Tessa is the face behind Marchetti, not Jabot.

This still brought up even more confusion among the Y&R fanbase. Some assumed that Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) was the face of Marchetti. It’s common for fashion brands to have more than one model.

Summer was the one who came up with the idea of Marchetti. She brought it to Jabot and ran it alongside her estranged husband Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

They hired Tessa to become the face of the company. She took part in a photoshoot where Kyle kicked out Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Tessa hasn’t done another ad campaign since then.

The Young And The Restless: Tessa’s Involvement With Marchetti

Most fans admitted they forgot about Tessa’s brief involvement with Marchetti. It was a blip in history. Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) was the one who brought it up in the recent broadcast of The Young and the Restless.

Tessa is back to working on her singing career. She is currently touring. Fans noted that her vocal issues cleared up so quickly.

It’s unclear as to why Tessa thought she needed to go into modeling when she loves singing. Sadly, she’s never gotten any character development as she’s hardly on the soap.
