Y&R Spoilers: Is Phyllis Summers Hiding Out At Avery Clark’s Place?

Y&R spoilers state that the news about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) being alive will continue to make its rounds in Genoa City. It’s been a hot minute since Red visited her daughter Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) and assured her that she was coming back to town, she just needed to figure out “a plan”.

Since then, Summer spilled to her brother Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei), and he spilled to pretty much, everyone else in GC. Can Phyllis see what’s happening from afar? Now that the news is out, will this delay her return? Where exactly is Ms. Summers at this point?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Turns To Her Sister Avery Clark

The Young and the Restless spoilers show Phyllis’s sister Avery Clark (Jessica Collins) was once a lawyer. While she suspended her law license on her own accord, she was a stellar attorney.

She left Genoa City in 2015 when the drama got too much for her, so she could start “fresh”. It’s been eight years since fans have seen Avery, so by now, she may be a lawyer again. She may also be a chef at a restaurant somewhere … it’s hard to say!

It was very interesting that Avery was not invited to Phyllis’s memorial. While they always had a complicated relationship, the two were sisters and there was love there. If Phyllis landed on Avery’s doorstep, confused, scared, and not knowing what to do, there’s a good chance Ms. Clark would take her in.

Y&R Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Is Looking For Legal Advice

A lot has been said about Phyllis’s legal situation. Would she serve jail time for framing Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) for her death, and for killing Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) in self-defense? A lot has also been said about why Red hasn’t returned to town as of yet.

Phyllis very well may have made a pit stop at Avery’s, looking not only for legal help and advice but potentially a loophole for her situation.

Sadly, while Diane got off scot-free for her framing job when she returned to GC, it’s likely Jenkins and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) would throw the book at Red the moment she steps back into the little town. Phyllis may get minimal (or no) jail time for killing Jeremy, but the main concern is Diane.

Perhaps, Avery is helping her sister work out a legal plan to get out of the massive jam she’s in right now.
