Y&R spoilers hint that affair between Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) might be more than just a “mutual” attraction. Recent scenes this week seem to imply that Nate might be pursuing Vicky for more than just love, and he has bigger goals on the horizon. Is Hastings using Vic? Will the soap try and twist this storyline into more than it is?

Y&R spoilers suggest that Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) hate for Nate may continue to grow. He issued a warning to his sister about Hastings and his ambition, noting that he believes Nate is interested in Vicky, to climb the corporate ladder.

Yes, Nate’s ambitious, and yes, he wants to grow with Newman Enterprises. He’s also changed quite a bit since he moved careers, once a doctor, now a corporate big wig.

With that being said, while it’s natural for Nick to be protective over his sister, Vicky was the one who pursued Nate.

The two always had chemistry, and Hastings needs to take full responsibility for cheating on Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy); however, fans can’t forget the fact that Vicky was the one to initiate things and worked overtime to seduce Hastings.

Y&R Spoilers – The Nate Hastings Character Continues To Evolve

It does seem as if this arc is moving in the direction that Nate is an opportunist, looking to use Vicky. After all, his recent scene with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) revealed his determination to move up at Newman Enterprises.

But at what cost? It’s clear that the Hastings character continues to evolve and is a shadow of that doctor who returned to GC and his family, back in 2018/2019.

Since his comeback, he’s betrayed his cousins and the family business, plus, cheated on his live-in girlfriend, so is the next step using Victoria to gain more control and power at Newman Enterprises?
