These random filler storylines show a character flashing back to an episode that aired just days ago. The scene goes to black-and-white as they think about this pivotal moment.

However, fans argue that these scenes offer nothing to the current storyline. They just feel disjointed and filler to pad out the episodes.

One fan wrote: “They are constantly overusing the flashback trope. Sometimes it feels like the flashbacks last longer than the new parts.”

Another user responded: “I don’t mind flashbacks *from years ago* it is from just last week/last month a hard no. That is filler IMO.”
