Y&R Spoilers: Everyone Has It Wrong – Diane Innocent And Phyllis Is The Criminal

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) are wrong. Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) is also wrong. Though only half as much as Chance and Christine.

Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is innocent, as Michael believes. Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) did mastermind Diane’s frame, as Michael suspects. Chance and Christine are off-base in thinking Diane played any part in that plot.

Viewers know Jeremy created the plan to frame Diane. But when Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) changed her mind and planned to reveal herself as alive, Jeremy was moments away from killing Phyllis until she reversed the tables.

And everyone has it wrong about Phyllis being dead. Whether any of the key characters will be able to confirm she killed Jeremy or was involved in setting Diane up is yet to play out.

Diane has resigned herself to believing she is never getting out of prison. She is convinced Jeremy exacted perfect revenge.

But Diane, like her initially reluctant attorney, Michael, Genoa City, Wisconsin’s returned District Attorney, Christine, and GC lead police detective, Chance, does not know the whole story.

Viewers see that Phyllis reveals herself to Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier). That means Diane should soon be cleared.

Y&R Spoilers – Impact On The Families

Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is in a terrible position. He knows in his gut that his mother is innocent. But his wife, Summer, remains certain Diane killed Phyllis.

Stafford’s character did something with Jeremy’s body. What that is will soon be known. Phyllis apparently took some time to focus after killing Jeremy in self-defense.

Meanwhile, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) finds himself exactly where many people told him he would be. His willing return to Dianeland forced him back to chaos as a normal state of being. Jack’s daughter and her son must resolve their differences even when the charges against Diane are dropped.

Phyllis proved to be the greatest threat. Jeremy’s underestimation of her self-proclaimed Mama Bear maternal instincts led to his demise.

But Phyllis must be perfect in her comeback. She can not allow GC’s best attorney, Michael, to sniff any insight into what really happened.

LeBlanc’s character could use any evidence he gains to prove his client was railroaded by Jeremy and Phyllis on Y&R.
