Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) has been patient enough watching Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) blatantly go after Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) while putting on her ice queen innocent act — which is also her superiority act as she thinks she is superior to everyone around her. With Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) whispering in Elena’s ear that her gut is correct about Victoria and Nate, Elena finally decides to take some action.

To that end, Elena loses her patience with Victoria as she makes herself very clear. Nate is with her and that is not going to change. If Victoria wants that to change, she is going to have quite a fight on her hands. When Victoria doesn’t seem receptive to what Elena has to say, Dr. Dawson comes up with a new idea to fight fire with fire.

After her intense showdown with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) at the bicentennial gala, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) now has a different opinion on what her ex might be going through and she relays that opinion to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) as she gives her some legal advice. Lily has already decided to make amends with Devon, so will she give Amanda a big surprise with her response? Is everything coming up roses for Devon after all is said and done?

Finally, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei)) is about to get another stunner in his life. His dad, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damien), is back in town and now his mother has allegedly married Jeremy Stark (James Hyde). What other surprises does Phyllis have in store for her son and will this one break his heart along with Summer Newman Abbott’s heart?
