The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) has been released on house arrest. While viewers question the sanity of the judicial system in Genoa City, Wisconsin, a perceived murderer is lounging in a multi-million-dollar mansion telling bedtime stories to Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez).

Phyllis is not the victim of a crime Diane did not commit. Instead, Phyllis and Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) were the criminals and now Hyde’s character is dead.

Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) is a reformed criminal. Devoted fans recall that he burrowed a hole into Christine Blair’s (Lauralee Bell), her name at that time in the plot, apartment in the 1990s so he could spy on her. That, along with other crimes, resulted in a short jail stay.

Le Blanc’s character was changed by jail, forged a friendship with his target, Christine, and regained legal standing. Michael eventually became Genoa City, Wisconsin’s District Attorney. So, the man does have experience on all sides of the law.

His background led to a recognition of what he saw as a pattern of unjust bail decisions. Michael appealed Diane’s no-bail ruling, got a new judge to hear her plea, and won house arrest. Yes, this lawyer knows the system.

Y&R Spoilers – Tucker McCall Thrilled With Mansion Move

Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) was fed up. The volatile rascal had it out with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), for what seemed like the tenth time, and threatened to leave town.

Ashley stormed out of the Genoa City Athletic Club suite where he was staying and began to process what happened. Then, with some time to think, she decided to ask Tucker to move into the Abbott mansion.

St. John’s character had given up hope. He felt Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) wanted nothing to do with him and Ashley would not give him a second chance. But with Ashley’s nod of approval, Tucker’s life turned.

Diane can not leave the mansion because of the ankle bracelet. That makes for great pending soap because of Tucker’s presence in a second-floor guest room.

The longstanding tension between Ashley and her brother, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), will be enhanced by Tucker’s delicious sense of humor. He will take repeated aim at Diane. Ashley will love it and Jack will defend his fiance on Y&R.
