The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) remains leery of his biological father.

Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) has not been able to maintain stability for any lengthy period, which naturally gives Devon pause.

Y&R spoilers say Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) also does not trust Tucker. But Billy’s issue with him is vastly different than Devon’s.

Thompson’s character is fighting to defend a known enemy of his family. Devon does not expect Tucker to become the type of sincere father Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) served but he does want St. John’s character to be honest with him and to treat others with respect.

Tucker was challenged by Billy after seemingly abandoning the plan to create dissension within the Abbott family. Viewers know that the embezzlement scheme Tucker created with Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) help was a red herring.

Y&R Spoilers – Takeover Of Jabot Is Certain

The subject header included a question mark at the end. However, Tucker told Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) that he was certain to seize control of Jabot.

If the money Phyllis transferred from Jabot’s account to Billy’s was not the only attack, then what is Tucker’s endgame?

Assuming he and Ashley Abbott McCall (Eileen Davidson) are not going to either be separated indefinitely or will divorce, then Tucker’s motive is pure revenge. As Jack suspects, Tucker blames him for persuading Ashley not to leave Jabot and her family.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Simply Ashley Is A Dead Issue?

Tucker believed Ashley was on board with his idea. He wanted her to let Jack and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) run Jabot while they created Simply Ashley.

Ashley received her patents from Jack as a wedding gift. With that intellectual property, she was positioned for success in founding the proposed new company.

But if Simply Ashley is a dead issue, Tucker feels all is lost. However, he might believe that he can take Jabot, offer Ashley a chance to head it, and have that serve as a reconciliation gift.

Y&R Spoilers – Devon Hamilton Winters And Billy Abbott Are On Alert

Tucker seems incapable of being honest with anyone. Even with Ashley, he always withheld information due to apparent deep-seated insecurities.

Devon suspects Tucker may be Mamie Johnson’s (Veronica Redd) secret partner. Billy suspects Tucker is not through playing games.

If Tucker is staying in Genoa City, Wisconsin, because of his son and grandson, he will not maintain positive family ties if he attacks or is using Abby Newman Abbott’s (Melissa Ordway) family or Mamie on Y&R.
