Y&R Spoilers: Daniel Spilling All May Have Been Part Of Phyllis’s Plan, All Along

The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that the week of May 15th will center around the news that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is really alive. She reached out to Summer Newman Abbott (Alison Lanier) and her daughter to share the truth and she almost immediately turned to Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei).

Of course, Daniel struggled with the idea of allowing an innocent woman to go to jail for a murder that was not committed, and it didn’t take long for Romalotti to spill the beans to Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). But was this part of Phyllis’s plan all along?

Y&R spoilers imply that there’s a good chance many more people will learn about Phyllis and the fact that she’s alive, in the days ahead.

Interestingly enough, this week’s preview video reveals that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will learn the truth.

Phyllis messed up big time when she fell for Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) plan. However, Red is a master manipulator.

She not only knows how to work people, but she also knows how people work. It’s been weeks since she reached out to Summer.

Surely, she could’ve already thought up a plan on how to escape her current situation, plus, she’s a woman that can think fast on her feet.

She reached out to Summer days after she killed Jeremy in self-defense, so perhaps she knew that her daughter would naturally head to her son, and Daniel would do “the right” thing.

Y&R Spoilers – Everyone’s Going To Work Together To Help Phyllis Summers

Despite her lies, Michael and Daniel will work together to help Red get off for crimes committed. After all, Diane didn’t serve any jail time for doing the very same thing Phyllis did, and Jeremy was killed in self-defense.

Rather than coming up with another scheme and more lies that would likely only bury herself deeper, she came up with a domino-effect type scheme that would help “the truth” come out in a way where everyone would rally together to try and help get her off.

Plus, this might show Jenkins’s true colors. Diane will be upset at how far Phyllis has gone, but did she forget how much hurt and pain she caused others when she did the same thing some years ago?
