The Young and The Restless spoilers indicate that Kyle and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) are working overtime to clear Diane Jenkins’s (Susan Walters) name. Summer could make this all go away but simply confessing that her mother is alive and well but she refuses to do so. Summer is determined to protect Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) no matter what she has done.

Daniel wants to come clean so that Phyllis can come home and clear her name. however, Summer is afraid that her mother will be the one sitting in prison. Daniel believes his mother can explain what happened and clear her name. Phyllis and Jeremy Stark (ex-James Hyde) put Diane in jail and someone needs to free her.
