The Young And The Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) has yet to find out that his little sister passed away. However, Connor has been having a very rough time accepting the fact that his father was going to have another child. Will Connor blame himself for his little sister’s death?
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Connor Newman Didn’t Want A Sibling
The Young and The Restless spoilers indicate that Connor found out not too long ago that his cousin was actually his brother.
When Connor learned that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) was having a baby with his dad, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), he was upset. Connor basically turned on everyone even shutting himself off in his room at times.
It wasn’t until recently that Connor admitted that he was finally okay with having a little sister. However, Connor had spent most of the time since he learned about the baby resenting her.
Connor didn’t want anything to happen to her, but Connor also didn’t want his dad to have another child with someone either.
Y&R Spoilers – Connor Newman Finally Accepted His Sister
Connor recently admitted that he was looking forward to having a sister and was getting excited about her arrival. Connor also told his mother that he didn’t need professional help as she thought.
All Connor really needed was so time to get used to the idea without other people telling him how he needed to feel about things.
Now, Connor’s little sister is gone without even making it into the world alive. Connor will no doubt be upset that his sister passed away.
However, if Connor ever gets word that his father made the choice to save Sally over the baby, he may really be upset with Adam. Sally blames Adam for their daughter’s death but she would never want Connor to do that.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Could Connor Newman Blame Himself?
Connor may honestly end up blaming himself for his sister’s death because he didn’t want her at first. Perhaps Connor believes he was bad for thinking this way and that his sister’s death is punishment for that. Connor is a very sensitive child and could also be prone to mental issues because of his mother’s history with her mental health.
Can Connor be convinced that he didn’t do anything wrong or will he blame himself like many other surviving siblings? Will Adam take the time to make his son understand that he didn’t do anything wrong? Will Connor get past his sister’s death and his feelings of guilt?
