Chance needs to enforce the law. But he has often realized that GC’s elite dodges the rules when it suits them and often gets away with it.

Floyd’s character is determined to bring Phyllis in. He will be fair but has been straight with Summer. Her mother needs to face the consequences of her numerous criminal actions.

Whether Summer’s perceived friendship with Chance causes him to aid Phyllis’ cause or Lanier’s character develops a more personal relationship with him will be seen.

Y&R Spoilers – Michael Baldwin Will Need Some Magic

Michael can not make what Phyllis is known to have done disappear. But he may be able to massage Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) link to Phyllis’ many problems.

Jeremy’s death is a major problem for Phyllis. But Chance will need to have evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that she killed him with malice.

Momentum can move in Phyllis’ potential favor if, as she and Summer hope, Carson (no last name for the character Walter Belenky portrayed) can be located. That Emergency Medical Technician took Jeremy’s bribe. Michael could use that knowledge as leverage to compel testimony that is favorable for Phyllis.

Phyllis told Michael that she is not ready to come home yet. While she has been able to evade law enforcement, viewers are wondering if a catch is coming.

Summer’s decision to align herself with Chance implies she will lead him to Phyllis whenever the next planned meetup happens. Phyllis has been avoiding in-person get-togethers with everyone, including her children.

But this storyline feels ready to soon reach its next major climax on Y&R.
