After some time grieving, Sharon was ready to move on with someone new. That person turned out to be none other than Chance. Chance is in the hospital, so either a medical illness or an injury of some sort. Since Summer just mentioned not wanting to lose her new friend due to his job, something must happen with the law enforcement officer.

Chance mentioned to Summer that he never wanted his job to end up this way. So, while Chance appreciates the promotion, he prefers fighting bad guys and investigating crimes, not pushing papers at a desk.

Back to the hospital photo, Chance has a special visitor. That visitor isn’t Sharon, but Summer.
