Y&R Spoilers: Chance Needs Someone – Summer Is Distraught

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Chance Chancellor’s (Conner Floyd) life has radically changed in recent months. After the wife he loved, Abby Newman Abbott (Melissa Ordway), dropped him, he opted to move out of his family home.

Chance’s mansion  offer to Abby and Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) was generous. It also was an acknowledgment that he has come to terms with Abby’s divorce decision. Then, after Chance’s pleasant conversation with his ex-wife, where he allayed her fears about moving, Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) walked into the Genoa City Athletic Club with her packed bags.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Did Not Have To Force Exit

Kyle was sitting between him and Summer on the sofa in the Abbott mansion with his son, Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez). It was a sad scene.

Harrison is too young to know that his father did not have to force the second woman he thinks of as his mother to leave their home. But Kyle decided that Summer’s protection of her mother, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), crossed the marital line.

Kyle feels he can not trust Summer and will not give her a chance to seek redemption. Forgiveness is not in Kyle’s portfolio.

Y&R Spoilers – Chance Chancellor Offers Support

Chance told Summer that he wanted to help her in recent weeks. Eventually, he learned she was the person Phyllis contacted, not Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei).

The chance meeting at the GCAC meeting, with the pun fully intended, more deeply planted the notion that Chance is Summer’s next guy. But will she bond with Chance as quickly as Kyle coupled with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), if one would like to apply that kind of term to what happened in her suite?

Summer’s comments to Harrison included her being gone from the house for a while, which implied she would return someday. But moving out of the Abbott house does mean she is alone.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Summer Newman Abbott Provoked?

Summer will likely continue processing what her life has become. She will soon learn that Kyle opted to leave Marchetti as well.

The above will be an additional sign that Kyle is cutting her out of his life. But dismay will turn to anger when Summer inevitably becomes aware that her husband has involved himself with Audra. One of the next developments could be Audra offering Kyle a position at Newman Media on Y&R.
