The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, April 18, 2023, reveal Chance’s investigation leading him somewhere he never expected.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chance Gets A Stunner, Michael Keeps A Secret
When you investigate the murder of someone who is very much alive, you’re going to run into things that were off your radar. Despite not finding and identifying a body, all of Genoa City believes that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is dead and easy evidence doesn’t seem suspicious to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). Perhaps that is why he so quickly arrested Diane Jenkins and charged her for this non-murder.
As Chance continues his investigation on Tuesday, he finds something that will make this case much more complicated. Could that something be a someone and might that someone be Jeremy Stark (James Hyde), a man who is actually dead and was just killed by Phyllis? We saw her drag the body out of that motel room, but where does she actually put it? Discovering Jeremy dead while Diane is locked up can put a new whole new spin on this case.
Meanwhile, Michael Baldwin (Christian J. Le Blanc) has a big secret he doesn’t know what to do with. He is friends with both Diane and Phyllis and got that voicemail from Phyllis just before she allegedly died. That voicemail is still haunting him and may lead him to do something that could change his life forever.
Y&R Spoilers – Nikki Newman Has An Admirer
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is trying not to concern herself with Diane and Phyllis, especially when she was involved with that whole mess that brought Jeremy to town, to begin with. Instead, she has a boring meeting with her accountant that might not be as boring after all.
Cooking Channel host Mo Rocca is back as Milton the Accountant and he is just as smitten with Nikki as ever. While Nikki loves the compliments and flattery, she tries to keep things all business. However, that will be easier said than done.
Does The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) have some competition on his hands? Probably not, but this is a fun way to break up the monotony of Nikki’s day. Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see how these stories play out.
