Y&R Spoilers: Billy Cries To Chelsea After Lily Dumps Him – Should She Run The Other Way?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will cry to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) after Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) dumps him once and for all.

The couple struggled to see eye to eye for the past few months. Lily tried to understand why he needed to be there for Chelsea after her suicide attempt. Y&R spoilers say that Lily didn’t understand why Billy wouldn’t let Chelsea’s support system help her and step back from the situation.

In the end, Billy refused to stop being Chelsea’s savior, leading to more problems with Lily. She felt ignored and neglected, while Billy seemed attentive to Chelsea’s every need.

Lily couldn’t take it anymore. She was sad and upset over Billy’s behavior. When she tried to talk about the situation with him, he just stared at his phone, waiting for a call or text from Chelsea. After a couples counseling session, Lily told Billy she wanted to end the relationship. She didn’t see a way they could make this work.

After Lily dumped him, Billy runs to Chelsea’s doorstep. She found him on the floor by her front door, crying as he whispered it was over with Lily.

Of course, Chelsea will invite him inside to talk about what happened. Chelsea offers support, noting it feels good to be able to help him after all the support he’s given her.

Y&R Spoilers– Should Chelsea Lawson Run The Other Way?

While Chelsea wants to be there for Billy, she should run away from his drama. Billy needs to work on himself; if she isn’t careful, he will drag her down, too.

Billy needs to find a purpose in life. After Chelsea received (and continued) treatment, she no longer needed Billy as her lifeline. She is doing well and doesn’t need Billy to drag her down.

Even though we can say that Chelsea should run away from Billy, most viewers acknowledge that she will stick around and be there for him. Let’s hope that Billy’s emotional baggage doesn’t set Chelsea back in her depression treatment.
